PRESENTATION OF JOEL SALATIN’S BOOK “THIS IS NOT NORMAL”

Book presentation (Barcelona, October 21, 2017) On the occasion of the presentation of the Spanish translation of Joel Salatin’s book “This is not normal”, a debate was organized with the participation of different alternative production projects. Planeses was invited to present the proposal of the agro-silvo-pastoral system of Polyfarming. The next day a visit to Planeses was made to show the different production elements of the farm and its integration into the Polyfarming. The visit, in which 40 people participated, lasted three hours and ended with a meal prepared with the products of the farm.
