VISIT TO BREEDERS OF MIXED PRODUCTION COW IN ORDUÑA (BASC COUNTRY)

Technical visit (Orduña, October 19, 2017). Taking advantage of a meeting with the LIFE REGEN FARMING project in Vitoria, we made a visit to the Orduña farmers who participated in the project. These farmers work with the Simental breed of mixed meat and milk. The benefits of this type of mixed production have been discussed for small-scale farms. We have discussed about the fit of this type of production in the context of the POLYFARMING project.
