TECHNICAL CONFERENCE IN OLOT (GIRONA)

Technical conference “Agriculture and regenerative gardening. Living floors “(Olot, February 28, 2019) In this technical conference the Polyfarming project has participated with three presentations: “Living soil as a basis for a change in the paradigm of agricultural production”; “Animals as a primary tool for recovery and management of a living soil”; and “Planeses regenerative agriculture, an agro-silvo-pastoral management system integrated as a basis for the sustainable production of quality food “. The sessions were held in Olot with great public success, and allowed the local public to know the Polyfarming project in depth.
