FRW

The technique has a Canadian origin, it is used in the management of crops and fruit trees to enrich the soil with nutrients. To make it the smallest branches (smaller than 7cm) of the trees in the forest are needed. These branches are crushed directly in the field. In Polyfarming, unlike the standard system, they are left to decompose for a few months in the forest and then added to the crops.

The objective is to achieve a stable humus (similar to a forest humus) that improves the structure and the capacity of water and nutrient retention of the soil of the crops and fruit trees.

With the FRW it is also possible to sequester atmospheric carbon and mitigate the carbon footprint.
