TECHNICAL CONFERENCE IN SANTA PAU (GIRONA)

Technical conference “Resilient forests: which is the best option for future management of forest ecosystems” (Santa Pau, November 6, 2017) In this technical conference, different aspects were explored on the field: a) which is the best management option for the maintenance of forest ecosystems; b) what could be the most resilient / resistant forest typologies to climate change and fire risk; c) what role biodiversity should play. Researchers of the POLYFARMING project were invited to discuss different types of forest management that can help to take decisions to owners and managers of the territory.
