INFORME LAYMAN: ¡TE EXPLICAMOS LAS CONCLUSIONES Y LOS RESULTADOS FINALES DE POLYFARMING!
El sistema Polyfarming aplica el modelo regenerativa según el cual se utilizan recursos de la finca como el bosque, los animales y el huerto para estimular y mantener un suelo fértil. Este sistema es una alternativa rentable al modelo convencional, especialmente en zonas que sufren abandono rural y tienen un suelo deteriorado. En estas áreas, aplicar el modelo regenerativo puede ser parte de la solución a los problemas ambientales y socioeconómicos asociados a este abandono.
Polyfarming se puso marcha en una finca piloto, Planeses, donde se implementa a escala real desde 2016. Planeses es una finca situada en la comarca de la Garrotxa, Girona (Cataluña, España). Las últimas conclusiones y resultados las puedes leer al informe Layman.
